COUNSELLING

MATTHEW SAUNDERS

If it feels like a struggle to make sense of what is happening in your life, perhaps in relation to

feelings about yourself or in your relationships with other people (it is often both), then counselling

and psychotherapy can provide a secure, non-judgmental, and confidential place in which to explore

your thoughts and feelings.

I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist who has provided counselling and psychotherapy for

a wide range of people in a variety of situations for a number of years, originally in London and now

also in Henley-on-Thames. I achieved a Post-Graduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Theory and

Practice from WPF Therapy (London), having previously worked as a Drugs and Alcohol counsellor at

The London Borough of Hounslow.

You can find out more about me at my website, www.matthewsaunderspsychotherapy.com. If you would

like to talk about arranging an initial consultation you can call me on 07565293259 or you can email

me at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

I am a passionate counsellor who believes everyone has the ability to grow and flourish as an individual. I am professionally trained in Humanistic Counselling and a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy).
I have gained experience working with clients aged 12 years and up, with a variety of presenting problems. I welcome clients from all different backgrounds and cultures to my practice.
My aim is for you to feel comfortable enough to open up about anything that is troubling you; I will tailor my approach to your needs and we'll work together to build your awareness, this is to identify patterns of behaviours and understand how your past choices impact your present life.
Therapy will last as long as you feel it's needed, I can cater for short- term or long- term counselling.
